How To - Table Reports

The Reports section provides a variety of reports related to table management and reservations, including:

  • Historical Summary Report - Provides a detailed breakdown of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows by day, meal period, and cover levels.

  • Bookings Report - Gives a comprehensive view of all bookings, including details like booking source, customer information, reservation status, and menu selections.

  • Walk-Away Bookings Report - Tracks any bookings where the guest did not show up or "walked away" from their reservation.

  • Time Slots Report - Analyses the usage and availability of different time slots for reservations.
